The new gear tooth cutting process results in more accurate tooth contact pattern. Correct tooth contact pattern is critical for correct meshing of spiral bevel gears. Our software produces ideal tooth contact pattern, that has been calibrated on specific software for tooth contact validation. 

Our 3d models are used for CMM tooth inspection.

CMM tooth geometry inspection against 3d CAD model is more accurate compare to traditional rolling inspection.
