1. Contact us with your gear data or pdf drawings. Sample drawing.
2. Purchase 3d gear tooth software. Sample IGES file.
3. Cut spiral bevel gears on 3,4-axis CNC milling machines. Example of 3-axis cutting.
We supply 3-dimensional IGES models ( sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 4) of spiral bevel and other gears. Our customers use IGES models to program 3.4,5-axis CNC machines to cut spiral bevel gears with better accuracy and at reduced cost compare to previously used Gleason and Klingelnberg (sample 1_1, sample 3_1) generating.

Most of spiral bevel gears can be cut on basic 3-axis CNC milling machines. A simple setup will do rolling inspection.

We provide 3-d IGES or other CAD files for 3,4,5-axis CNC spiral bevel and other gear manufacturing. You do not need to have your own CNC machine. CNC machines are widely available. Take our IGES file of your gear tooth to a local machining shop and ask if they can cut it on a CNC. No need to purchase expensive a gear manufacturer. Make your own replacement gears. Bring the original gear to a CMM inspection shop to map a few points on the tooth surface. We will reverse engineer the original tooth from the CMM data and deliver an IGES tooth file for CNC machining.
We have cut gears on common 3-axis CNC milling machines and on Gleason/Klingelnberg machines since 1986. With our 3d IGES files of the gear tooth you can cut gears on a CNC better than would come out of Gleason/Klingelnberg machines.
